--Prepare cash vouchers, fill out relevant reports and submit them to superiors for review to ensure that the cash matches the reports;

--Familiar with ERP system, daily maintenance of financial related data within the company's ERP system;

--Handle business such as annual industrial and commercial tax audits and enterprise changes;

--Responsible for tracking and updating accounts receivable status;

--Responsible for purchasing payments, as well as reviewing travel and daily expense reimbursement documents;

--Responsible for shooting, creating, and uploading product images, detail pages, and website homepage on Alibaba website

--Responsible for Alibaba's daily maintenance, inquiry and quotation, customer service, and product inventory adjustments

--Responsible for editing and modifying the company's product catalog

--Responsible for product modification, uploading, and daily maintenance on the company's official website 

--Responsible for the production and editing of online promotional articles

--Responsible for producing product videos and providing them to customers
