The fully automatic AVIT-DT (desktop version AVIT) integrates cleaning functions, resulting in quality inspection differences caused by different operators during the entire end inspection cleaning process.

AVIT-DT is completely operated independently by the instrument and does not require any operator intervention. After pressing the button, the operator no longer needs to pay attention to the instrument, which greatly reduces labor costs and increases output.

AVIT-DT uses strict and mandatory inspection scales to determine whether a device is qualified or unqualified, and at the same time, the production capacity is significantly improved compared to the traditional process of cleaning after end inspection. If a certain plug is not qualified, AVIT-DT automatically cleans and retests it, without the need for the operator to remove the plug for cleaning, thus reducing the risk of damage to the device caused by multiple plugging and unplugging. Before the device is tested, the operator can set the number of end checks to clean, or even turn off the cleaning function.

Data and related images are automatically archived for traceability. The test results can be printed into the specified format of the end inspection quality report.

The AVIT system can be applied throughout the entire supply chain process, from production to installation. After choosing the AVIT system, the manufacturer has seen that the previous large number of returns have been reduced to zero.
